The maps of I and II are almost the same, other than switching from day (Battlefront) to night (Battlefront II) and some minor cosmetic changes to the several water fountains found throughout the map. This said, it is possible to gain elevation on other buildings for sniping. Although the palace is visible through its gates, its interior is never seen.

The many buildings and winding streets make for a lot of close combat, even with the addition of tanks. Naboo: Theed also contains the Theed Palace where Queen Amidala once lived.

This map features the capital city of Naboo where the Trade Federation took over in 32 BBY. And then on the rare occasion that I manage to get the Queen out into the open, it's nearly impossible to get her on her own for enough shots without the 3-4 Jedi guarding her turning around and hunting me down.It is the planet very similar to Earth. It doesn't help that most of my reinforcements after destroying the turret grid seem to die within a minute or two. They're all over the damn place, and it seems like whenever I manage to track one down, I have to land two direct hits on them (because somehow they can deflect the first one with a lightsaber) while also backing away and hoping they don't catch up to me. I get through the first 2/3rds of the mission fine my issue is with killing the Jedi. Some of the missions have felt like a weird difficulty spike, but I've been stuck on Naboo for about a dozen tries now.

I picked this up recently because I enjoyed playing the multiplayer with a friend way back in middle school, and when they re-launched the servers, I figured "might as well give the single-player a try too".
